Product Description

Habio Cellulase is a high-efficiency feed enzyme specially developed to improve fiber degradation and nutrient release in animal feed. Cellulose is a major structural polysaccharide in plant cell walls and widely exists in corn, wheat bran, soybean meal, peanut meal, sunflower meal, and other feed ingredients. Due to the β-1,4-glycosidic bond structure, cellulose is difficult for monogastric animals to digest efficiently.

Habio Cellulase breaks down cellulose into smaller oligosaccharides and glucose through synergistic enzymatic hydrolysis, helping release nutrients trapped inside plant cell walls. This improves feed digestibility, promotes nutrient absorption, reduces intestinal viscosity, and supports better animal growth performance.

Key Functions
  • Degrade cellulose in plant cell walls
  • Break fiber matrix and release encapsulated nutrients
  • Improve digestibility of fiber-rich raw materials
  • Reduce intestinal chyme viscosity
  • Improve nutrient absorption and utilization
  • Support gut health and digestive performance
  • Improve feed conversion efficiency
  • Reduce manure output and environmental emissions
  • Lower feed cost and improve production profitability

Product Characteristics
  • High cellulolytic activity
  • Effective degradation of plant fiber substrates
  • Broad compatibility with common feed ingredients
  • Supports nutrient release from cereals and oilseed meals
  • Stable performance during feed processing
  • Suitable for compound enzyme applications

Mechanism of Action

Cellulase consists of a complete cellulase enzyme system including:

  • Endoglucanase (EG): breaks internal cellulose chains and destroys fiber crystal structure
  • Cellobiohydrolase (CBH): hydrolyzes exposed cellulose chains into oligosaccharides
  • β-Glucosidase (βG): converts oligosaccharides into glucose for nutrient absorption

This synergistic enzymatic process maximizes fiber degradation and nutrient availability.
